US Shipping Time Estimates
Apparel: Most of our items are made to order. Printing times can vary. Please note that although we try our best to get items out to you as quickly as possible, from time to time unforeseen things happen that could delay the stated time estimated.
Apparel is printed and shipped from the USA. Shipping times are currently 3-6 business days for apparel and 5-9 business days for shoes. Once shipped your order can take 4-9 business days depending on your location. Please note that we cannot foresee or be responsible for shipping carrier delays.
What If A Package Was Returned To Sender? In the event that your package was returned to sender due to a bad address or missed pickup or attempted delivery missed and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for the full re-shipping fee after it has made it back to the origin address. No refunds will be given for missed delivery attempts or bad addresses.
What If A Package Says It Was Delivered But You Didn't Receive It? In the rare event your tracking says the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please let us know right away. You should also reach out to the shipping carrier to see where their GPS scanning software shows it as successfully delivered. Sometimes it can be misdelivered by the shipping carrier to a neighbors address as well. We cannot provide refunds if the tracking shows as successfully delivered and must be taken up with the shipping carrier on the customers behalf and file a claim.
Wrong Address? Please let us know with-in 2 hours of purchase. Please double check your address and phone number. Love Family & Home will not be liable for any lost packages if your address or phone number are incorrect. After 2 hours of purchase we may no longer be able to change or cancel anything on the order.

This means that sometimes your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, Dubai, etc. We will provide tracking numbers as soon as we update your order as shipped.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive for custom handmade items including jewelry, shoes, socks, pillows covers, back-packs and tote bags. Please note that we cannot foresee or be responsible for shipping carrier delays due to weather or any other unforeseen events.
International orders: We use USPS, DHL and Fed-Ex. Shipping times can range from 3-4 weeks depending on your countries customs, the time of year and or any unforeseen carrier delays.
Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)
CANCELING YOUR ORDER AFTER 2 HOURS OF PURCHASE
Our policy is that a customer will not receive a refund if the order is canceled after 2 hours of purchase. Once an order is submitted to our supplier we are billed for the product purchase in the same manner the customer was billed when purchased from us. We incur the cost of purchasing the product and as such are unable to honor a refund request. We can still cancel an order if you do not want it, however, you will not be reimbursed.
We do not accept returns for a refund. If you order the wrong size or style or if you just don't like the item, you can return for store credit towards a different size or item. You must pay for the return shipping and the store credit amount does not include the original shipping, only the purchase price. We will process the store credit once we receive the item back and inspect. Please note, shoes are custom made to order to match the specific size and design of each customer's order, thus we cannot accept returns for a refund and offer size exchanges or store credit only.
