If there is a problem or question, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number.

Returns Without Cause:

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on products that were correctly printed and delivered.

We do not accept returns for a refund. If you order the wrong size or style or if you just don't like the item, you can return for store credit towards a different item. You must pay for the return shipping and the store credit amount does not include the original shipping, only the purchase price. We will process the store credit once we receive the item back and inspect it.  Please note, our products are custom made to order to match the specific size and design of each customer's order, thus we cannot accept returns for a refund and offer store credit only or an exchange that will include a re-shipping and re-stock fee being no more than 25%. 

Shoes: We do not accept returns for a refund. If you order the wrong size or style or if you just don't like the item, you can return for a store credit towards a different item. You must pay for the return shipping and the store credit amount does not include the original shipping, only the purchase price. We will process the store credit once we receive the tracking number for the return. Please note, orders are custom made to order to match the specific size and design of each customer's order, thus we cannot accept returns for a refund and offer exchanges or store credit only. 

  •  Items worn are considered to be in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Once 30 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds for exchanges or store credit will no longer be accepted.

To best serve our customers and provide a reasonable exchange policy, there are several situations that a customer may request a return and or replacement. Refunds are offered on a limited, case by case basis.  Most situations will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.

  • After a customer receives their order, if there is a product defect or workmanship issue, after receipt of photographic evidence of the defect, we will promptly order a replacement for the item in question.  At our discretion, we will determine whether the customer is required to return the product or not.
  • If size is an issue, we will work with the customer to get a replacement shoe ordered for them. We will replace the next shoe size up or down from the shoe size ordered (depending on whether the next size is a 1/2 size or full-size difference).  However, if the replacement size request is more than the next size up or down from what was ordered, we will not provide a replacement.
  • There will be no returns or refunds if the customer decides after receiving their order, that they want to return the order for a different design or request a refund because they no longer want what they ordered. Please note that we constantly change designs, therefore we cannot do an exchange for a newer version of a design after purchase.
  • If a refund is given for a different reason, your refund will include the price of your item plus any taxes, but will not include original shipping charges. There will also be a restocking fee of no more than 25%.

Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations 2 hours after an order is placed.

Personalized Apparel: For custom and personalized items, please understand that your order was unique to you and we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to misspellings from your custom request or size changes. In the event you need to request a change please email us and we will help to offer the best solution. And for the same reasons as returns and exchanges, we cannot offer refunds for custom and personalized items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Re-stocking and exchange fee are applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Hats, socks, and personal items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

In certain circumstances, if a refund is approved and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Please see note above regarding custom and personalized items). You must pay for the return shipping and the store credit amount does not include the original shipping, only the purchase price. We will process the store credit once we receive the tracking number for the return. Please note, our products are custom made to order to match the specific size and design of each customer's order, thus we cannot accept returns for refund and offer store credit only or an exchange that will include a re-shipping and re-stock fee being no more than 25%. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to selecting the wrong size upon ordering, please contact us here for approval.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and any re-stocking fee's and or size upgrade fee's applicable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
